One of the biggest obstacles I face in my staging business is that I believe the agent’s and the seller’s perception of what staging is is more complex than the simple definition in the dictionary. By examining your space and determining its best attributes, I can highlight your house in a way that will make others take notice.

There are three kinds of staging in my line of business–a house can be Staged, Styled, or Renewed. This can be accomplished by using the homeowner’s own furnishings, using Designs By Starr’s inventory, or a combination of the two. Each job starts of with a 1-2 hour consultation that maps out a plan to make a home look magazine-worthy. The end result is, in the case of Staging, whatever is going to bring the homeowner the best monetary offer for their property. By examining your space and determining its best attributes, I can highlight your house in a way that will make others take notice. With my experience in interior decorating and design, staging by Designs by Starr can definitely help you reach your selling goals.
